From last thread:

These forums are always too quiet. How about a competition? The rules are simple:

1. Judge posts the card criteria;

2. People make card(s) based on the criteria;

3. Judge picks a winner; and

4. The winner becomes the judge for the next round.

---

R3: Create a green card that hates black and blue and minimaly (or not at all) affect red and white and doesn't have words 'blue', 'black', 'island' or 'swamp' in their text.

Silhana Base Jumper | 2GG
Creature - Elf Adrenalin Junkie (Mythic Rare)

Flash, Shroud, Can't be blocked except by creatures with flying.

"None but the brave..." - Oderus Urungus

4/4

- I really, really, really love Silhana Ledgewalker. Here's an updated version with the same evasion from ground creatures and targetted removal, as well as flash so you can play it around blue. The flavor text is from the GWAR song, "None But the Brave" off their CD Ragnarok.

Elvish Wanderer | 1G
Creature -- Elf Shaman (U)
Players can only draw one card each turn.
"Wisdom cannot be taught, it can only come from experience."
1/1

Card drawing is primary in Blue, secondary in Black. Here's a somewhat flavourful little elf that hates that.

You could have come up with something a bit more challenging. Quagnoth and Gaea's Revenge are good examples for that concept. But here's mine:

Freyalise, Goddess of Fyndhorn | 2GG
Planeswalker - Freyalise (Mythic)
+1: Until your next upkeep, creature spells you control can't be targeted by spells or abilities, and creatures you control gain shroud.
-2: Return target card from your graveyard to your hand.
-7: You get an emblem with "Lands you control are 4/4 Elemental creatures with trample that are indestructible. They're still lands.
Starting loyalty - 4

Sylvan Archmage | GG

Creature - Elf Shaman

Whenever an opponent draws a card, if they have already drawn a card this turn, you may draw a card.

T: Scry 2.

Whenever a creature you control becomes the target of a spell or ability an opponent controls, you may untap Sylvan Archmage.

Mumanju, Spirit Ape. | 1GGG

Creature - Legendary Ape (Mythic Rare)

Haste, Trample, Shroud.

Sacrifice Mumanju, Spirit Ape Destroy Target Artifact, Enchantment or Non basic Land.

When ever an opponent draws 2 or more cards in one turn, you may sacrifice a forest in order to return Mumanju, Spirit Ape from your graveyard to play. When you control no forests sacrifice Mumanju, Spirit Ape.

Like Spring I will come again, again, until our enemies are no more - Mumanju, Spirit Ape

4/1

Hates on blue by punishing Card Drawing and Haste for quick unexpected damage, Hates on Black by recurring creature with shroud also, rendering most variants of removal ineffective, anti card drawing hates here also. Power is Kept in check by making it mana intensive legendary and in need of many basic lands in order to by fully effective.
