Greetings all,

For the past few days, myself and a couple of other people have been trying to track down the name of the font on the Magic-League banner on the home page. We've identified the subtext as Avant Garde, but the main text (the text that says Magic-League) we've turned up blank on. There's been one or two fonts we've found that are close, but none that are an exact match.

The reason we need an exact match is because it will be used on a t-shirt.

For anyone who does provide the name of the font (and yes, it has to be an exact match), I'm willing to pay for a free t-shirt out of my pocket for that person.

Cheers,
Roo

Sure it is a font and not someone's actual creation?

Yes, it is a font. I've already asked the guy who made the banner as much as I could regarding it.

Actually, this is the font.

It is a trademark styling by Samuel Park.

The main difference between the two is the thickness of the dash. Coverse Allstars is thicker, as such, the M-L logo is Grungerocker.

Both fonts were designed by Samuel Park, and he told me that the only difference, which you can clearly see from looking at them and comparing to the actual image on the site, is the dash, which confirms it's Grungerocker.

Are said T-Shirts going to be available in the US? I know in the past Flippi has only been able to ship locally, or at events.

To be fair, I do believe it is Converse Allstar.

I remember that font in my list of fonts. I don't particularly remember ever having a "Grungerocker" font.

(Btw, I am the banner creator.)

Does the font have to be licensed?
