Well broodmate dragon is 3GRB while titan 4BB,at the same cost(but easier on colors) titan provides you 10 Power in attack while Brood 8,dragons fly but titan makes an army on it's own when attacks, that's not that crazy that's just maths Very Happy

Anyway Nighthawk isn't a good metacall right now since there are plenty of uw and ramp, better play maindeck obstinate baloth if you do need lifegain with a little bonus if you get blightned in the mirror game 1 (Since game 2 blighting are sided out cause of baloths).
The only nice thing Nighthawk can do is boost the lifegain of the malakir in your SB by 1 if you play them Very Happy

Jund is considered a rock arch-type.
In Rock, you contorl the beginning of the game with removal etc, then dominate the board mid game, and if your opponenet cant deal with it, they pack their cards and go home.
early-Game: 1-2 turns
Mid-game: 3-5/6 turns
late-game: 7+ turns
unforuantely, nighthawk is too slow, and isnt exactly "easy" on the colors, although im sure its playable on turn 3.
as for broodmate dragon, the only reason people still played it was because of sarkhan, although i dorpped it completly from my list.
grave titan is the obvious better choice.

Sarkhan is leagues ahead of Garruk in the mirror.

Look at modern lists.

Sarkhan is much better, although having both is ideal.
Sarkhan produces a dragon for you, and if you have a spourting thrinax, you can rip it apart and chump block with the pieces, while swinging with you dragon, while garruk does the samething, except not as good, and also doesnt commit suicide while doing so.
garruk also has mana acceleration, which doesnt really affect jund, but his ultimate absolutely affects jund.
i would have 1 garruk, and 2 sarkhans, just like most people do nowadays.
Just look at the Jund staples and if they require colorless mana:
Sprouting Thrinax: no
Putrid Leech: no
lightning bolt: no
maelstrom pulse: 1
bituminous blast: 3
terminate: no
bloodbraid elf: 2
sarkhan the mad: 3
imo, if you have acess to black and green, and want to go for nest invaders, instead go for putrid leech.
a 4/4 with "each time this creautre attacks, pay 2 life." and "Pay 2 life: regenerate" for 2 is kind of ridiculous.
