There really is no reason why you can't get a little greedy and play Maelstrom Pluse and Path to Exile in the 75. You have the fetch lands so use them or lose them. Ob is really good with all of the fetch lands so he should be at least a 1 of. I also feel that way about Everflowing Chalice. To the point if you are not going to play All is Dust then you are not making good use of Everflowing Chalice in your deck. You need all four Sign in Blood and 2 of some other card to draw. Pithing Needle is your best sideboard option for Planeswalkers, man-lands, and other things that come about like equipment.

// Lands
20 [ZEN] Swamp (1)
4 [WWK] Tectonic Edge

// Creatures
4 [ZEN] Gatekeeper of Malakir
3 [ZEN] Malakir Bloodwitch
3 [ZEN] Ob Nixilis, the Fallen

// Spells
4 [M10] Duress
4 [CFX] Armillary Sphere
4 [M10] Sign in Blood
4 [M10] Doom Blade
3 [M10] Diabolic Tutor
3 [ZEN] Mind Sludge
1 [M10] Consume Spirit
1 [M10] Tendrils of Corruption
1 [ZEN] Sorin Markov
1 [M10] Liliana Vess

// Sideboard
SB: 4 [WWK] Smother
SB: 4 [ZEN] Grim Discovery
SB: 3 [M10] Pithing Needle
SB: 1 [M10] Haunting Echoes
SB: 1 [ZEN] Sadistic Sacrament
SB: 1 [CFX] Scepter of Fugue
SB: 1 [WWK] Hammer of Ruin

You know that Polymorph targets yes? You can save a Vendetta to kill the token it targets and that's probably GG then.

Where the hell is Consume the Meek?

All is Dust could also be in there.

Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief is a good win condition in MBC. It serves two purposes unlike Ob Nixilis.

Sadistic Sacrament and Liliana Vess are the two weakest cards in your deck. You need all 4 Sign in Blood and at least 3 Consume the Meek. 24 lands is a bit low. Go to 26.

The deck is not likely to be a tier 1 deck. Possibly tier 2.

I would give it a rating of Tier 1.5. In the right meta game your could take a tourney. The correct meta is one with little or no Counterspell based control decks like UW or UWx.

Consume the Meek is very good in the sideboard. All is Dust is a blow out vs non blue decks. You will empty the hand with discard, setting up All is Dust for the win. I am really thinking about a green splash for Maelstrom Pluse and some Artifact/Enchantment removal though...

I went down to 24 lands in my build and opted for Armillary Sphere and Sign in Blood ffor card advantage. I posted the wrong list so I will give my take on the deck. I have tested it about 50 matches so far.

Vamps is really bad in game one...

Yeah I am going to swap the Nirkana Revenant for Kozilek, Butcher of Truth. I think that may work out a little better as the deck really goes for the LONG game. This deck is very slow to win. I still think that a green splash for Maelstrom Pulse is needed. I am just unsure what to cut. Maybe one of each Tendrils of Corruption and All Is Dust. I just think that it would make the deck more flexable and that is very key in any control deck. The choice is tough though. All is Dust is such a blow out.

As long as he plays Everflowing Chalice, I suppose it is.

I'm throwing a monoblack together right now, here's a few ideas i had.

I'm thinking 3 or 4x consume spirit as the main win condition, that way their creature removal's dead.

Also, i'm claiming that with lilianas or tutors, 1x keening stone is not a bad idea.

I like MBC so I always have one version I work on in any T2 setup. This is the current one. The drawing power of Seer's Sundial makes me worry about running out of cards some games. Both Smother and Tendrils in sb is probably unnecessary. The total of 7 md/sb Consume the Meek/All is Dust is also likely to be redundant.
