I'm not gonna be an ass like most people on here, but I don't think reanimator can work right now. If Mannequin was still legal, I'd say it's worth the test and tweaking. I think you have the right build for what you want to do, but you have to think about Jund as the deck to beat right now. I've seen some interesting decklists for the last standard tourney, so people are adapting...but Jund is still the best deck, so think about a build that will give Jund headaches. Reason the deck won't cut it in a tourney: not enough reanimation spells right now...rise from the grave is a good card, but it's just a clunky zombify in your deck the way to want to play it. The core set didn't give much love in that department I'm afraid...no Zombify and the 2/2 that can reanimate wasn't reprinted. Idea though: Go for esper control if you want to stay in that vein..and play 2-3 Sphinx of Jwar Isle...he's very very good right now.

Its probably a little to slow for the format but Inkwell Leviathan gives Jund a headache, he has shroud and trample.

If WUx Control see's alot of play, going 4 countersquall might be what I'll do to counter DoJ / Martial Coup, the only mass removals played in the format right now.

i don't want to be an ass either and i love reanimator decks (esp old skool) but jund will eat that deck alive...i've only been back playing again for about a week or so now and i'm rotating jund and monoB Vamps...blue just doesn't have the control that it used to have...at least imo...not since they quit counterspell
