Luminarch Ascention

This is my Luminarch Ascension deck. I made the deck specifically to go against Vampire decks since that is what I am seeing the most of. Meddling Mage is for locking down any creatures in a Vampire deck, specifically Gatekeeper of Malakir and Bloodghast. Although thats why I have it, it is still useful against most other decks providing I know what they have. I am not too worried about black removal since 12 of my creatures have either Shroud or Protection from Black. The First Strike is useful when blocking since my creatures normally survive. Any advice to improve is appreciated, my budget has no limits although I want to keep it Type 2 and hopefully keep the theme.

I ended up taking out the Palace Guard in favor of Angelsong. Devout Lightcaster is a nice card but I am not sure what to remove for her. I am thinking of removing a spell, or maybe adding her to sideboard so I can put her in only when im against Black. White Knight has First Strike, thats why im adding him to mainboard.

I would use only 2x Whispersilk Cloak. I'd prefer removal or a creature than Whispersilk most of the times in my hand. Why not Baneslayer Angel?

I am not hurting for mana, but I suppose I can take some basic lands out for Glacial Fortress. I would rather keep the Pacifism though, and Baneslayer Angel doesnt protect itself from removal. Meddling Mage disabled key cards in a deck. I have the Whispersilk Cloak to give them shroud and I can attack with them. Might remove Honor of the Pure. If I do I will probably add some more removal. Path to Exile is nice, but I have it for sideboard to replace Celestial Purge when im not against Red or Black decks.

how about hindering light
and harm's way

cheap, so you can use them with your small creatures
and provide the opportunity for card advantage

as well as protecting your must stick Ascension/baneslayers

I don't mind pacifism

Hindering Light is being considered. I think I need another creature though to make up for the Palace Guard. Angelsong has been wonderful in testing the deck so far so I will keep it.
