I don't play much extended so this might be to slow for extended.

// Lands
4 [CFX] Exotic Orchard
4 [9E] Underground River
4 [RAV] Watery Grave
4 [M10] Drowned Catacomb
4 [DIS] Ghost Quarter

// Spells
4 [MR] Shared Fate
4 [MR] Chrome Mox
4 [9E] Mana Leak
4 [MR] Chalice of the Void
4 [TSP] Lotus Bloom
4 [LRW] Thoughtseize
4 [9E] Persecute
4 [TSP] Ancestral Vision
4 [PLC] Damnation
4 [DIS] Spell Snare

// Sideboard
SB: 4 [GP] Leyline of the Void
SB: 4 [DS] Trinisphere
SB: 4 [M10] Flashfreeze
SB: 3 [ZEN] Sadistic Sacrament

This deck has 0 win conditions. Shared Fate basically switches me and my opponent's deck so I kill him with his own deck.

Cool,

If you resolve a shared fate and he has no win conditions on the board and no win conditions in hand then you will win the game.

But I think it may be difficult for you to ensure that he has nothing on the board and no viable ways to win in hand. If he has even 1, then the very slow rate at which you will be playing land will give him enough time to beat you.

During Mirrodin / Kamigawa, Shared Fate.dec (not Leveler version) was my favorite deck. One of my favorites of all time to be honest.

Although I am not a big extended player, would Grim Reminder work for you?

Thoughtseize / Persecute handles his hand.
Damnation handles the board.

It would work but i don't think its necessary, If Shared Fate resolves and he has no threat in hand / board I'll win the game anyways, its just a matter of time.

Shared Fate was my favorite deck in mirrodin also Razz
