Boa really isnt that good..

Its a bear that regenerates and islandwalks. and in this T2 island walk is the least relevant of any landwalk ability.

sure you can keep boa alive in certain situations, but hes the worst creature. he dies to everything. he can't even defend an opposing noble hierarch attack without you having to commit mana.

Visionary is also not very good. He gets you a plus 1 on the 187 but there is little to no chance of him killing another creature so your opponent is just going to pick up that plus 1 on the other end in combat.

I think if you have 4 hierarchs and 4 birds you would be better served by going Bant. This gives you access to much more efficient creatures and removal.

Telemin performance and mind control are both sub par.

Scute Mob...Ior Ruin Expedition...Harrow will give you some gas...

If you are looking for a casual deck, I would say maybe Ant Queen, fun to make 2/2 insects with that one...pretty good bomb as it needs to be dealt with the moment it comes out...

Get rid of the Traumatic visions for Vines of Vastwood at the least.

-2 Telemin Performance +2 new clone?

Just some ideas...to protect your creatures with counterspells you might want Negate, Spell Pierce, and Cancel...blue isn't completely useless
