RAR, you are wrong. Clariax knows the rules better than I know my own penis. He knows the rules better than ANY other judge or admin on this site, and he is a judge.
Anyone who has been playing Magic for more than a week knows this shit, anyway. |

Don't even try to explain to them what happens if Player A casts Time Warp and Player B Twincasts it. I can see it now...
"QQ!!! Why does he still get his turn before me?!??! I Twincasted it dammit!" |

| Whether it works or not they have a right to the correct explaination to get a better sense of the rules. If you have a question i think its good to understand y it works the ways it does. Dont settle for yes or no ans and dont hate Apos. |

| Clariax posted a VERY good example of how and why it works, and the guy is still arguing. He's a fucking twit; no doubt. |

Clariax: your ABABAB > AABABAB > AAABABAB is exactly what i said... and i congratulate you on saying it much more concisely. I want to make sure people understand what happens if someone ELSE casts TimeWarp on my turn because I'm not wrong and you're incomplete.
using that diagram, we'll label 'extra' turns with lower case 'a' and 'b'
Player A casts TimeWarp and it gets Twimcasted by player B. Twincast resolves first making the turn structure AbBABAB. Then TimeWarp resolves making the structure AabBABAB. notice 2 consecutive turns for A and THEn 2 consecutive turns for B.
i apologize for the nomenclature; using 'replacement...' but I'm sure it works in English terms for explaining the phenomenon.
RAR- I am a judge here and in real life DCI. Clariax not only knows the rules better than all but maybe 3 people in the world (not exaggerating) but is also responsible for making sure cards WORK before they ever get printed. you can trust him... except about the "or copies" part. if you copy timewarp the COPY will be inserted first and then the normal one into the scheme. |
