| If I warp into a Kederekt Leviathan (When Kederekt Leviathan comes into play return all other non land permants to thier owners hands) does it return anything? and all other abilities would still go to the stack right? |

Yes, it returns all non-lands permanents but those permanents still go on the stack from Landfall or Triggered Abilities. |
