Rainbow Stairwell, is (I believe) a separate, casual format of which I have never even heard of outside Magic-League. It seems to consist of an assload of singletons, and a manabase that consists of a set amount of Alpha duals and some amount of basics. It must be 5-color (hence the name) and (again, I believe) there must be a certain amount of cards in each color.
This is all guess-work from stuff I remember seeing. I wouldn't be surprised if it was mostly wrong, but it is definitely a separate format. |
