Another few questions regarding costs

Hi!

Let's say I have a Pyromancer's Ascension with 2 counters on it already.

Situation 1: I cast a Banefire using 4R, for 4 damage. Do I get a copy that would also deal 4 damage?

Situation 2: I cast a Burst Lightning paying it's kicker cost for 4 damage. Do I get a copy that will deal 4 damage as well?

Now let's say I use Chandra Ablaze's ultimate ability, and I have the above spells in my graveyard. How do they work? Is X = 0? Can I pay kicker costs?

banefire #2 deals 4 damage. copy effects will copy the locked in 4R cc of that banefire.

burst lg8ihtning #2 deals 4 damage. the kicker cost essentially replaces the "this deals 2" with "this deals 4" and it gets copied.

chandra ablaze ultimate banefire =0 (all X=0 except when casting or when on the stack), burst lightning can be kicked (also could be kicked via cascade).

Scute Mob costs 1 green, and wins games on it's own. Also, it doesn't afraid of anything.
