If I play Warp World and I get a Siege-Gang Commander and a Celdara Hellion from it, can I choose what 'comes into play' ability resolves first?

What if my opponent gets a Captain of the Watch in play and I get a Caldera Hellion - will the soldier tokens die or not? (which 'comes into play' ability resolves first?)

All EtB abilities controlled by the same player are put on the stack in the order of his choosing.

Triggered abilities go on the stack in APNAP order (Active Player , Non-Active Player). So first the player whose turn it is puts his triggered abilities on the stack in the order of his choosing, then the non-active player does the same.

The triggered abilities of the non-active player will thus always resolve first.

you can't devour the siege-gang's tokens though, because AS caldera hellion is coming into play, the tokens don't exist yet.

Won't be able to devour the Seige Gang Commander either because it won't be on the battlefield when you devour.

mind control - aura/enchantment (you control target creature) this is a state based effect.

since CIP triggers only enter the stack after warpworld resolves, while mind control gives you control of his creature within the resolution of warp world, what happens in the following cases:

1. he has get ob nixilis and 5 lands, you have mind control. do you get control of ob nixilis before CIP triggers go to the stack? Do you get to assign his damage and his counters since you already control him upon resolution of WW?

2. he has captain of the watch. same situation, do you get the tokens?

3. bogardan hellkite, do you get to assign the damage?

I hope you guys can help me answer these questions

In all cases: they came into play under his control, so he gets the triggered ability. It doesn't matter when that triggered ability goes on the stack, it matters under whose control it triggers.

Also Mind Control is not a State-Based Effect, those don't exist any more. They're called State-Based Actions now and it's not that either. Those are the things that destroy creatures with lethal damage, put Aura's not enchanting anything in the graveyard, make people zero life lose, etc.

Mind Control has a static ability that creates a control-changing effect though, I think that is what you mean.

so in the case of the ob nixilis, Id lose the life, get the creature with counters based on his lands?

also when you gain control of an opponents karthuss and it dies during the turn, do the dragons you stole still return to its original owner?

No, Ob Nixilis is not an exception, why would it be? It comes into play under his control at the same time as his lands are coming into play, so he controls the triggers and gets to choose to have a target player lose 3 life and have Ob Nixilis get 3 +1/+1 counters. You don't get control of Ob Nixilis until after all lands and creatures have already come into play.

Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund. Gaining control of something does not trigger its CiP abilities. You will not gain control of any dragons if you simply change its control, but the control changing effect of Karrthus doesn't have a duration so you gain control of them indefinitely.
