I have reinstalled MWS, I downloaded all the editions, but now where can I download the pics?

You can either get it in a torrent, which will skip some editions and promis, or go http://www.mtgbr.com/mws/Full-01.htm<---There and download one at a time. Once it is downloaded, extract the files to your Magic Workstation directory in your Program Files into the pics folder.

It's pretty simple.
