I play slide and have trouble against dredge blowing up in my face on turn 3.
engineered explosives dont always cut it and are expensive.
what about Dawnfluke? if you evoke it it would remove the bridges and make dredge useless
Any thoughts? |

| My advice and I have played slide a long time is to switch back to the black version with no red if you are worried about dredge. By doing so you have access to all the best answers to the deck including jailer, extirpate, and leyline. I prefer extirpates and a jailer if you are running living wish which sadly in extended u cannot anymore. Extirpate and tribe-elder should be enough to get the job done (switch edge of autumn for elder its so much better against dredge and helps matchups that get worse by cutting red). |

@ Gypsy stop trolling dude. Nothing in your comment was helpful.
@ Doom Thanks but if I were running black I would take extirpate over snout.
Thanks for the advice Eldar.
I prefer red over black honestly. I like Tamanoa.
Tamanoa + S&D = Ecstasy
Tribe-elder is a great SB option over Edge against dredge.
I run Street Wraith and Edge of autumn to keep my slide options open regardless of mana.
I was looking at Tilling treefolk any thoughts on it as an option not against dredge but instead of Loam which makes you dredge which I hate doing.
Also I play exalted angel over Hierarch because I can get her out at the same rate and she's good for attacking |
