problem with opening MWS decks

I just installed MWS on my Vista computer and for the most part there are no problems except one. Whenever I go to play in a ML tournament and it asks me to submit my deck, none of hte decks I have created show up. I can see them and load them just fine when I am using deck editor and the MWS play module, however when I actually go into my hard drive and look for the decks, or when I try to load them to the ML site, the deck files do not show up. What is the problem here and how do I solve it? Thanks.
