i also play a naya deck in block, but mine is more into aggro.
Still i would recomend you. Pridemages instead of renegades cause it hits enchantments too (O-rings still run by some naya decks) and Behemoth Sledge in combination with uril for naya mirrors.
Or instead you could run battleangel in the mirror.
I prefer the sledge way cause it works much like warhammer making almost any creature that sticks on your board a problem to the opponent.

Based on what i read from honolulu i think the most optimal sb for naya would be something like this

// Sideboard
SB: 4 [ARB] Qasali Pridemage
SB: 3 [CFX] Celestial Purge
SB: 2 [CFX] Martial Coup
SB: 3 [ALA] Naturalize
SB: 3 [ALA] Realm Razer

Of course incorporating the sledges,thornling/uriel in mb.
