// Deck file for Magic Workstation (http://www.magicworkstation.com)
// Lands
4 [ALA] Jund Panorama
3 [ALA] Forest (4)
6 [ALA] Mountain (3)
4 [ALA] Savage Lands
6 [ALA] Swamp (1)
// Creatures
4 [ALA] Elvish Visionary
4 [CFX] Hellspark Elemental
4 [CFX] Shambling Remains
4 [ALA] Goblin Deathraiders
4 [ALA] Hell's Thunder
// Spells
3 [ALA] Jund Charm
3 [ALA] Resounding Thunder
3 [ALA] Magma Spray
4 [CFX] Banefire
4 [ALA] Blightning
// Sideboard
SB: 4 [ALA] Naturalize
SB: 4 [CFX] Volcanic Fallout
SB: 3 [CFX] Molten Frame
SB: 4 [CFX] Corrupted Roots
I was looking for a little help on this deck and i always come to Magic-League before my playtest group.
Ovbious RB blighting with a splash of green for naturalize and jund charm. I have realized that visionary isn't very good but i haven't found anything good to replace it.
My sideboard is mainly towards artifact decks and Naya, which is what i think will dominate the Meta. Molten Frame is so powerful and the cycle ability helps in a pinch.
Against Artifact deck, i usually go 2-1 because of the sideboard.
Naya is an ok match up, but it's so strong it's hard to overcome. |

on the first look it seems to me that you just donīt need green, play Goblin Outlander instead of Visionary, 3 Fallout instead of Jund Charm
play mb 2 Savage Lands for the cycling of thunder.
Rakka Mar is mb even worth a try instead of 2 Banefire....
ignite of disorder seems to be also a good sb card for me
Rotting Rats could work 2 |

Goblin Outlander is probably way better than visionary, I don't know if the green splash is actually any good or not.
You definitely over estimate the artifact decks, they kind of suck just lots of noobs play it on mwsplay. Not that block constructed actually matters or anything, but 5 Color Control decks and Naya decks are really the only decks worth playing. And Bant if they draw really well.
You definitely need to worry less about the Artifact decks and just play better cards. I think Necrogenesis might be really sick against 5 Color, not sure about that. |

4 banefire is an awful lot. I think if nothing else, 2 volcanic fallout and 2 banefire would be better. Also, goblin outlander would be amazing in place of elvish visionary. pro white is great nowadays, and a 1/1 body for 2 mana just isnt worth it, even with a draw tacked on.
birds of paradise would be nice too. |

| I think you play enough mana that you can probably squeeze in a couple of broodmate dragons its jusat so good in block. Prob not 4 most likely 2 or perhasp 3. |

i also have been looking into bloodhand ooze.
It is a solid turn 1 drop and can be upped every turn. i was thinking of replacing the outlanders for a set. this is what i am running now
// Deck file for Magic Workstation (http://www.magicworkstation.com)
// Lands
4 [ALA] Jund Panorama
4 [ALA] Forest (4)
6 [ALA] Mountain (3)
4 [ALA] Savage Lands
6 [ALA] Swamp (1)
// Creatures
4 [CFX] Hellspark Elemental
4 [CFX] Shambling Remains
4 [ALA] Goblin Deathraiders
4 [ALA] Hell's Thunder
4 [CFX] Goblin Outlander
2 [ALA] Broodmate Dragon
// Spells
3 [ALA] Resounding Thunder
3 [CFX] Banefire
3 [ALA] Blightning
2 [CFX] Volcanic Fallout
3 [ALA] Necrogenesis
// Sideboard
SB: 2 [CFX] Volcanic Fallout
SB: 4 [ALA] Naturalize
SB: 4 [CFX] Corrupted Roots
SB: 3 [ALA] Goblin Assault
SB: 2 [ALA] Blood Cultist
With the amount of unearth creatures played, Necro was a good call and stops them pretty good. i am still looking for a go substitute for Corrupted roots, which is in there for the Naya match up |

If you want to make a JUND deck in Block, then going a more control-ish route is probably wise. They have some of the best options for removal nowadays: Terminate, Maelstrom Pulse. A slight white splash will also give you access to Ajani Vengeant. And Trace of Abundance is good enough, that one can almost try a Block version of jund ramp. Or not.
Jund also has good finishers which are better fits for control decks. Broodmate dragon for instance. |
