all that work to put one card into play -.-

Meanwhile an aggro or burn deck wins three turns earlier...

How do you plan to target Progenitus with crimson wisp?

Practically, this is godlike if your opponent plays not disruption, you have god draws, etc. Well Progenitus is a god right?

Well.. Progenitus also has protection from red, so you cant wisp him can you? Smile

Damn you Trosky!

This would be a good time to enlist the help of Elvish Piper.

What are peoples thoughts on Mindwrack Liege? I dunno if that would be viable in the same build or a variation, but it might be worth a shot. Unfortunately, it's not easy to accelerate into a creature that's not green, especially having to wait a turn after resolving the leige.

Yeah, all in all I think Elvish Piper wins the spot.

Why does no-one consider Deathrender for this kind of deck? Devoted Druid can even kill himself to trigger it.

I really think that Negate would be better then Thoughtsieze in this deck. As a plus you would get Mulldrifter to help you draw into the combo.
