First I would like to say this deck would be for Magic Online Classic, but there is no forum for that so Im posting it here. This would be a very fast Beserk deck based on quality creatures. Also, Im considering Tempest cards for this deck since it will be released soon. This is a really rough idea so any criticisim is greatly apprectiated.

3x Tarmogoyf
4x Skarrgun Pit-Skulk
4x Nettle Sentinel
4x Elvish Spirit Guide
3x Talara's Battalion
4x Ledgewalker
2x Tattermunge Maniac

4x Beserk
4x Might of Old Kerosa
4x Bounty of the Hunt
4x Giant Growth

18x Forest

thats all you need for a berserk deck. throw in some card draw and counter, you have a berserk deck.

Historically, the beserk archetype is a failure. With heightened amounts of counterbalances and chalices of the void floating around as far as the eye can see, it has worse chances than ever right now too.

Your best bet is to just forget about it because in most cases, you're better off with running more burn and reckless charges in the place of the other stuff you have in there.

Berserk Stompy is fast enough to cope with Counterbalances. In certain 2-Man Tournament over at the Source (two players playing a host of decks against each other in a Swiss-style tournament), it beat two different Counterbalance decks in succession before finally falling to the third 1-2.

That said, few things: First of all, I'd go mono-coloured. You already play a really low landcount. Losing to Wasteland (it's in Tempest) isn't what you want, especially since it also trivializes your Kird Apes and Wild Nacatls. Green has enough goodies - go mono-green.

Second, pack more pump-spells. Berserk's value is entirely proportional to how many means you've got of pumping your creatures. Cheap, free (Bounty of the Hunt is in Masters Edition 2), all that has good mana-to-effect value. You really want to play 2 pump-spells before Berserk.

Third, Silhana Ledgewalker. Having a pro-removal creature to pump is really awesome for a deck like this.

Hmmm...my eyes must have glazed over the online classic part.

I am not too familiar with the card pool of that, but the creatures that I ran in my old berserk stompy list were something like:

Jungle lion(probably not available in mtgo), so mtenda lion(mirage) might do
ghazban ogre(chronicles, fourth ed, fifth ed and arabian nights)
wild dogs(saga)
skyshroud elite (tempest or stronghold)
Vine Dryad

and the rest I don't remember.

I don't know; the thing I hated about berserk stompy was that sometimes I would get these amazing turn two win hands and other times, I would end up playing a deck that is just a bunch of two power creatures for one, which isn't bad, but is an under-powered strategy a lot of the time.

As far as I am concerned there is better stuff to run than goyf because he will be getting bigger than a elvish warrior around the same time your opponent should be dead, but Talara's batalion seems like an awesome card to add and rancor should make into the list for sure.

What would make or break playing the deck for me is whether spirit guides aare available in mtgo. Moxes don't really cut it when an ideal hand consists of a bounty of the hunt, a creature, invigorate, another creature, berserk, manasource and something random that you pitch to bounty or another pump card.

Some great suggestions, I forgot about Bounty of the hunt and Elvish spirit guide. Also, your right Eldariel that it should be mono colored since there is enough quality creatures there. Along with Wasteland being available soon I dont want my opponent to be able to use Stifle on my fetch lands.
