The SB needs some serious work and I've already tinkered with the MD a bit. The deck looks promising, and my results so far are quite satisfactory (I decimated WW Kithkin). Can't wait to try it out at FNM or some other tournament

hey puppet how about you stop making posts just just prove how much of an idiot you really are? As for the decks i would go with the original one with red green white it seems pretty solid but i would try the mono white ajani for the red matchup its pretty solid with rings out |

| Even if a fellowship of the rings list wins all the states i won't say it's a good deck... |

Don't let the naysayers get you down; for some reason, many at M-L are amazingly resistant to (afraid of?) creativity. To them, ANYthing that hasn't already been established at a PT (or PTQ) or they haven't thought of themselves "sucks." I'm sure they would slam Necropotence as a "noob card" if its power had not already been established by others.
I've been trying out some Planeswalker-based decks similar to yours, and they're actually not bad. In fact, they can be pretty damn powerful vs. a lot of other decks. It seems that the Planeswalkers can pretty much win games as long as they're protected, usually by blockers. Fortunately, Garruck and Elspeth make their own blockers. And we of course have access to some other great blocker-generators, such as Bitterblossom and Spectral Procession (both of which work really well with Ajani Goldmane as well).
I haven't played vs. RDW/burn yet, but I would imagine it could be problematic, as they can get around the blockers with burn to the Planeswalkers. I'm not sure if Story Circle would help (I'm not sure whether the prevention from Circle or the redirection to the Planeswalker would take priority), but there may be some other good solutions as well (e.g., burn magnets such as True Believer, Mind Shatter, counters?)
I'm not as sold on the Rings though; they seem a bit "win more" to me. I think the other cards in the deck should protect your Planeswalkers, rather than simply double up their effects. If you can't protect them, then the Rings will soon be useless, as there will be no Planeswalkers around on which to use the Rings.
Here is my current list:
// Lands
4 [10E] Brushland
2 [LRW] Vivid Grove
4 [SHM] Wooded Bastion
4 [ALA] Seaside Citadel
2 [SHM] Mystic Gate
4 [SHM] Reflecting Pool
4 [LRW] Vivid Meadow
// Creatures
4 [ALA] Elspeth, Knight-Errant
3 [LRW] Ajani Goldmane
4 [LRW] Garruk Wildspeaker
3 [LRW] Mulldrifter
// Spells
3 [LRW] Oblivion Ring
3 [10E] Condemn
4 [SHM] Spectral Procession
4 [LRW] Fertile Ground
4 [10E] Wrath of God
4 [MOR] Bitterblossom
// Sideboard (work in progress)
SB: 1 [LRW] Oblivion Ring
SB: 1 [10E] Condemn
SB: 4 [SHM] Guttural Response
SB: 4 [LRW] Jace Beleren
SB: 4 [10E] Story Circle
Thanks for the ideas; please keep them up, and again, don't get discouraged. Some of your ideas may pan out; others won't. But remember: Many people here will reject ANYTHING new, whether it's genius or really is "stupid."

I'm curious then: What IS your criteria for saying something is a good deck, if winning all the states - something no deck has ever done in the history of Magic - isn't sufficient?
