Give punish ignorance a shot, tell me what you think
I've been debating working on an esper deck of my own based on abusing it, and covenant of minds, however both of them cost 4/5cc so i'm a bit skeptical about it's success.

Seems like some filter lands would make a good addition as well.
It would also make cryptic easier to cast.

What do you think of adding Revilark?
I would also consider the Esper charm (it is really that good).

theres my most up to date list as you can see added esper charm and cryptic command. I also took out sculpter as it was only helping reduce the cost of about 2 things lol.

This deck is doing well and i dont have the etherium sculptor in the deck because it only lessens the cost of 2 creatures (8 cards total)
