BUr Discard Ultimatum

Heres a list I just made up. Was thinking it might be pretty good, but havent had the chance to test it out yet. Tell me what you think and any suggestions would be very helpful. The mana base is very shakey since turn 1 seize is very unlikely but for the rest of the game it seems the mana base could work out. Any suggestions would be very helpful.
