Shadowmoor MWS Patch

Installation instructions:

0) If you have any unofficial patches, remove them with Tools - Analyze/Add/Remove Sets and reboot your MWS.

1) Select your master base (upper grid) in MWS. You can do this by pressing Ctrl+M.
2) Select Tools - Analyze/Add/Remove Sets.
3) Go to "Add New Edition" tab
4) For edition name, use "Shadowmoor" and for Edition key "SHM".
5) Check the Get data from text spoiler checkbox and browse to the text file.
6) Press Next page a couple of times (check key fields and such if needed)
7) After done, save your master base with Ctrl+S !
8) Reboot MWS!

IMPORTANT!! Don't skip Steps 7 or 8! 90% of problems are caused by unsaved master base!

For some reason MWS locks up when I attempt to view Tower Above. I found this when entering the precons. Any suggestions?

Don't download Mirror_Image's pictures. They're terrible quality and Tower Above locks up MWS.

MTGBR.com/MWS should have them soon anyway.

Better just to wait and download the pics from people who actually know what they're doing.

I just have one issue with this patch and every other one.

Why haven't you used the actual Hybrid mana symbols? I've seen unofficially patches which have them, wondering why they aren't implemented here? Because its making some cards unplayable because you can't see the entire mana cost.

Just my two cents.

http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showthread.php?t=109240 - is a patch/spoiler with all the shadowmoor cards and, although I haven't checked all 301 of them, Tower Above doesn't crash MWS.

http://www.slightlymagic.net/cardgen.shtml - download the newest base and one of the themes, you get the hybrid symbols displayed exactly as they are on the real cards.

Ok, I got the text patch to work but I'm having trouble installing the pictures. I downloaded it to my desktop and put it in the picture folder. Never done the pictures before so I have no clue what to do.

make sure u unzip the file in the pics folder and not just save the zip folder in the pics folder. hope that helps.
