Eldariel on 2008-06-24 18:49 MDT Joblins lost to that O.o by PonzaFreak on 2008-06-24 19:08 MDT 4 Force of Will game three =( by tcook589 on 2008-06-24 19:11 MDT 2 Word of Binding
by KillemallCFH on 2008-06-24 19:23 MDT And more importantly, Goblin Burrows and Skarrg replacing Waste/Port. I have no idea how such a bad Goblin list got to 2nd place. by beule on 2008-06-24 19:25 MDT HdH_Cthulhu dropped after round 4.
by Lynolf on 2008-06-24 19:30 MDT I thought Vexing Shusher would be more used in Legacy because of the abundance of blue decks. Why don't people try it, or is it that bad? by SOAD on 2008-06-24 19:35 MDT it comes into play but is never really used to play something, o will die instantly, basicaly does nothing. by Conkisstador on 2008-06-24 19:45 MDT lol its not 5c Painter;s Stone
by beule on 2008-06-24 19:49 MDT i thought i included that in my post ..
by Conkisstador on 2008-06-24 19:59 MDT missed that. selective sight. when you look as good as me you need to filter thru the raff amongst the chicas.
by curly on 2008-06-24 22:53 MDT ponza freak shoudlent play here... by ChuckNorris on 2008-06-24 23:33 MDT Don't you mean ponzafreak should play here? I mean he's fucking awful, as are 90 percent of people who play here, myself included. by Burton911 on 2008-06-24 23:42 MDT @3rd Deck: Good Luck without Blessings in the SB by ssilver on 2008-06-25 00:01 MDT krosan Grip = Trinket mage FTW by KillemallCFH on 2008-06-25 00:19 MDT "@3rd Deck: Good Luck without Blessings in the SB"
by Conkisstador on 2008-06-25 00:37 MDT but its ONE blessing. theres no reason NOT to have 1 in the board by Brodie on 2008-06-25 05:25 MDT Will all the people calling everyone else awful kindly shutup? Note that the people you call awful and the decks that you call junk are in the top 3. Rarely do I see someone calling out another player/deck's name anywhere near the top 3.
by Eldariel on 2008-06-25 06:37 MDT Sure there is. Every sideboard slot is very valuable. Besides, why bother with an "OMG" backup plan? It's not hard to stop the combo in the first place. by georgjorge on 2008-06-25 11:16 MDT @beule: Seeing the decks you played against, was it really the combo that actually won those matchups, or was it just the strength of CBalance/Top and Crypt (versus Dredge) ?
by Jacois on 2008-06-25 11:36 MDT Go PonzaFreak! Team Jacois&Friends rulez!
by ZeKo on 2008-06-25 11:55 MDT "Also, what's up with playing a 2-color deck (with a third color in the side) but a 5-color manabase ?"
by Ownj00 on 2008-06-25 12:27 MDT i lost to ponza round 3, i was playing UGr dreadstill and both games we ended up with me around 20, him under 5, me with dreadnaught in hand and top in play, him with 4/5 lands, vial, and no hand.
by ZeKo on 2008-06-25 13:32 MDT I just didnt look at his side before... Ponza uses Lifelace for? And plays Word of Binding with what mana? by PonzaFreak on 2008-06-25 18:58 MDT After taking a hiatus from the game I am recently returning I played around darksteel to before Time spiral. My list is unorthodox because it was from legacy decks I had before TSP even came out, in an unknown meta. Hence the random cards I'm sure. I don't know why Ownj00 got all huffed up about me drawing well. He didn't seem to mind when the 2 other ringleaders I played during those games hit no goblins at all. Karma sorry, so please stop being bad mannered as it's just a game. by KillemallCFH on 2008-06-25 20:50 MDT Random is one thing. Literally uncastable (Word of Binding) and utterly useless (Lifelace) is another thing.
by beule on 2008-06-26 17:26 MDT I won vs dredge with crypt + permission + knowing dredge decks + combo + stifle etc.
by HdH_Cthulhu on 2008-06-27 08:21 MDT lol i droped and go top 3 |
