Morpheus2222 on 2007-11-02 07:00 EDT didnt see that one coming :-/ by Ro on 2007-11-02 07:05 EDT lol 3 of my 'friends' t3 ^^ by FlyingFreak on 2007-11-02 07:21 EDT lol I'm Ro's friend :p, what an honor .
by Burton911 on 2007-11-02 07:59 EDT Is there any serious Reaseon why people play Arena over Honden? by Eldariel on 2007-11-02 08:03 EDT Hardcastability, I suppose. by Shagrath on 2007-11-02 08:20 EDT That's ridiculous... if he plays with just 1 arena , its logic that he only wants arena to fetch with ideal, and at that point, honden is far better.
by FlyingFreak on 2007-11-02 08:37 EDT well ur screwed if u draw the honden .... by MiguelG on 2007-11-02 08:57 EDT well arena its better because you can hardcast it, actually I played it vs a guy in semifinals...
by Ro on 2007-11-02 08:57 EDT Honden is also legendary.
by FlyingFreak on 2007-11-02 09:00 EDT ^^ by MiguelG on 2007-11-02 09:04 EDT :p arena > honden

by FlyingFreak on 2007-11-02 09:36 EDT to draw the ideal ? :p
by TriAdX on 2007-11-02 09:37 EDT key word... POST ideal... and what are the chances of drawing your 1 arena before you draw 1 of your 4 wishes or 3 other ideals? by FlyingFreak on 2007-11-02 09:39 EDT 12,5 %, that's alot ... by TriAdX on 2007-11-02 09:39 EDT haha... ok. by TriAdX on 2007-11-02 09:47 EDT 1:52 vs 7:52
by Fallen-Angel on 2007-11-02 10:05 EDT arena is there for confinement... by TriAdX on 2007-11-02 10:06 EDT ok thank you.. i didnt realize that... Appreciated. by bobo_es_god on 2007-11-02 10:10 EDT I vote honden by dv8r on 2007-11-02 10:20 EDT one note on arena, it's a LOT better to play honden for the simple reason that if you get extracted for form (or draw them all, or discard them, or your opponent can answer it with something like true believer/lightning greaves or venser), honden is actually a kill condition through decking (skip x draw steps finding nothing with ideal, and discarding to confinement, then search honden and lock opponent out), phyrexian arena CAN be a kill condition, but you have to hope to topdeck into a mikokoro in your first y cards (where y is your life total). Pre ideal, you can cast honden off ancient springs, pentad prism or lotus (I admit you don't particularly WANT to cast it off lotus). Furthermore, because honden is 4U as opposed to 1BB it's actually EASIER for the deck to hardcast honden.
by rafaruggi on 2007-11-02 10:33 EDT I don't like the Flow list.
by chanson on 2007-11-02 10:35 EDT rotstejn ftw!! by aldaryn on 2007-11-02 10:59 EDT where's that bgw "aggro rock" deck that was in a few trials a few weeks back? it seemed good, and gaddock teeg seems awfully good vs. ideal! by on 2007-11-02 11:00 EDT i by Spyx on 2007-11-02 11:35 EDT How did flow rock lose to ideal? 7 duress + destructive flow + only 1 basic in ideal = you win?
by dv8r on 2007-11-02 11:42 EDT Lennin: stfu, I designed the deck, obviously I've played with it more than anyone else. Secondly, you run fewer onslaught sac lands than anyone else, and NO card drawing, AND on top of that you skip 4-5 draw steps with confinement, of course your library will be larger. Play the deck before making idiotic comments.
by sui_slush on 2007-11-02 13:29 EDT Why would I ask a Dutch pro anything about constructed? by antonio23 on 2007-11-20 06:26 EDT grande affinity e pena o 3º lugar mas ja e muito bom lolz . by _That_ on 2007-12-04 13:42 EDT by FlyingFreak on 2007-11-02 07:36 MST
