I prefer UW fish to UWB, as much as all the cool discard and confidant related goodness is amazing and all, it makes it harder to play certain-purpose creatures like True Believer, Kataki, etc etc and I guess the reason I like the UW version is that it sort of nullifies everything ;/

I love manaless Ichorid...its such a fun deck...

Seems like dredge based decks are dominating Vintage and Standard....w00t

I like the deck, but I'm not gonna defend it. I made it 2-3 minutes before the trial entries closed. But I will say one thing: Generally speaking, Null Rod > Kataki

it uses incorid in the graveyard to bring it back into play and beat them down. If i recall, multiple 3/1s with haste that can go every turn are VERY good., sutered goul helps also

That is really lame. Where is Gifts and Grim? Ichorid is really good, Fish is OK. But Hulk Flash? Every deck should stomp that deck with a simple Stifle, Mage, FoW, Drain, Duress, Leyline of the Void/Planar Void, Shadow of Doubt. The magic-league Vintage metagame is pretty obscure.

game one i won, game 2 he had it and i lost, game 3 he had it and i went turn 1: dryad arbor, reverent silence. he mull'd to 5 to get it. dropped bazaar and he was dead 2 turns later.

actually no, with silence you can hit multiple leylines, and it lets you play dryad arbor and still cast it immediately, so your land then acts as another free d00d for the flashback cards.
