by Void06 on 2006-09-09 10:58 MDT

just because he cant play demonfire for 20 doesnt mean tron is useless... being able to go keiga + kokusho with remand in hand is pretty good as well

by HPempire on 2006-09-09 11:02 MDT

congrats to placers. nice to see a new variant of tron. 6TH!

by dboy1 on 2006-09-09 13:11 MDT

ribbons is pimpin, just like kaesh

by center425 on 2006-09-09 13:48 MDT

deathmark was key off your sideboard wasnt it kaesh?

by Kaesh on 2006-09-09 14:19 MDT

yes, but now it will be worse, because about 2 hours after the trial i've realised it is a sorcery.
jesse: try it

by UNCGCho on 2006-09-09 14:44 MDT

Ha. I don't feel so bad now losing in the second round to the winner. Good job, Kaesh.

by Tesseract on 2006-09-09 16:29 MDT

I don't see the point in playing Tron when you've got no use for it. It might as well have just played swamps and islands instead of the Urza lands. Finding Tron seems like it'd be more of a liability than just playing swamps and islands because of all the colorless mana they produce.
Seems silly to me. UR Tron is much better because of the secondary kill, Demonfire.

But congratulations anyway. At least it's not a netdeck. Good job

by affinity104 on 2006-09-09 17:38 MDT

where is twisted justice?

by center425 on 2006-09-09 18:12 MDT

didn't even notice the glare transform. Did you just use it agaisnt the mirror?

by sui_slush on 2006-09-09 19:58 MDT

launamleto, kaesh's rating is 200 points higher than yours. No one values your opinion.

by RT on 2006-09-09 22:50 MDT

plague wind would have been hilarious

by Streakz on 2006-09-09 23:14 MDT

launamleto, whenever a netdeck wins, you say everyone here netdecks; however, when a rogue deck wins, you call this place a waste of time.

by Dr_Moo on 2006-09-10 01:02 MDT

Interesting decks.

I'm a big fan of Ribbons as well. 1 more mana for a less versatile cantrip Fetters seems good.

Am I correct to assume that the Grave-Troll in the sideboard was meant to be something else, or am I completely missing something?

by KaleGozer on 2006-09-10 01:26 MDT

Kaesh is my idol

by Alucart on 2006-09-10 03:14 MDT

imo.. IZZET is the wrong signet to paly..

should have used azorius..

cause izzet shoudnt be in that deck...

by Spyx on 2006-09-10 05:26 MDT

wth does that matter ^?

by blackcat77 on 2006-09-10 07:27 MDT

Grave-troll is a good answer to very large beaters. His creature count is so high (22) that he could match most of the larger ground pounders and also he regenerates and recurs.

by TugaChampion on 2006-09-10 10:54 MDT

OMG!!!!! what will be the next deck to win a T2 trial in here? RG tron? or maybe BW tron? No it will be GW tron!!!!!!!

by Mandos on 2006-09-10 13:12 MDT

tuga i hope ur sarcastic...

by snoopster on 2006-09-10 14:46 MDT

THALAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII

by Perry on 2006-09-10 15:22 MDT

I'm suprised that snow didn't make a showing in the top 3. I expected it to be the deck to beat in the current t2 meta. In fact, I see a well rounded snow deck having a nice matchup against any of those.

airas, love the use ofthe dimir house guard. I wouldn't be suprised to see those popping up in more and more deck.

by RichardDWade on 2006-09-10 17:29 MDT

Luanamento, please oh please just shut the fuck up.
In a way, this is BETTER than real life, because everyone here plays their own local metagame, and then comes here, to a WORLDWIDE meta... Just because your a 750lb. 11 yr. old that is stuck in his mom's basement and couldn't win a game with deck that had 20 loti and 40 ancestral recalls, doesn't mean you need to spout ignorance every chance you get. Jesus.

by airas on 2006-09-10 18:08 MDT

>perry
snow/normal lands are for Gifts.
and... to untap Phyrexian Ironfoot robbed by Ink-Eyes.

House Guard + Yosei + Grim Harvest + 11manas
= gg
