by flynnT on 2006-09-03 08:41 MDT

#mtg.de ftw.

by Void06 on 2006-09-03 08:50 MDT

Too good for repeal, cimic?

U know what scrying sheets do? Then maybe that "poor snow lands" are better than the duals >_>

Pd: DQ ftw

by TugaChampion on 2006-09-03 09:13 MDT

the "poor snow lands" are worse than duals but in snow decks they are probably better. But still in general duals are way better.

by PTN1 on 2006-09-03 09:14 MDT

geez thats an exact copy off akira asaharas deck

by Meatwarz on 2006-09-03 09:39 MDT

teamwasteland

by indie on 2006-09-03 10:36 MDT

gratz for cimc, this is like the 4th master in a rope he loses quater-finals

by Archimede on 2006-09-03 10:46 MDT

Who did win against Sexycan?

by kikimikejiki on 2006-09-03 10:49 MDT

the zoo deck who got lucky both games

by Vodka_7up on 2006-09-03 12:16 MDT

Uh isn't that what Zoo does? Get's lucky, for god sakes it has to battle it's own mana bases before it can beat you.

by MeddlingMatt on 2006-09-03 13:07 MDT

How did the Owl work out for yah, cimc? While being able to put the game away in 1-2 swings is huge, so is the casting cost for a relatively vanilla flying */*. And if this IS your fourth (or something) master in a row to top 8, congrats, impressive.

by Columbus on 2006-09-03 13:27 MDT

Yay! More netdecks from little kids who can't build anything on their own!

Look how much raw talent you kids have. You can log on to Starcitygames.com and copy a first place deck! You're SO GOOD!

by SteveOB on 2006-09-03 13:39 MDT

PLS DIE COLUMBUS

by Djinn on 2006-09-03 14:10 MDT

Ya, and they can still qualify for their nats and some pro tours. And yes, they can go x-0 in a master.

by ChristPunchr on 2006-09-03 14:27 MDT

Heh, Columbus is hilarious.

by affinity104 on 2006-09-03 14:31 MDT

I think everyone at this site wants columbus to die a horrible death

by UNCGCho on 2006-09-03 14:33 MDT

People always make fun of netdeck. Obvi, they win. So what is there to make fun of? A deck either wins or it doesn't.
Congrats to the winner.

by MousesPod on 2006-09-03 15:03 MDT

I for one agree with Columbus. Netdecking is one of the worst things going for this game right now. Have people completely forgotten how to have any ideas of their own???

by dimirS on 2006-09-03 15:47 MDT

hey it is columbus under a new name, mousespod. Nice try. Still try to win actually for once. Play something proven.

by kebe on 2006-09-03 18:45 MDT

well u need to stop complaining about netdecking bcuz for competetive magic one of the keys to winning is playing the best deck whether or not u amde it up urself and if u insist that using some1 elses list is bad then u shud go back to casual magic scrub cuz ur not winnign any real tournaments anytime soon
so columbus
die plz

by flynnT on 2006-09-03 19:11 MDT

when do people realize that columbus is:
a) inapproachable by arguments,
b) inapproachable to arguments,
c) inapproachable for arguments,
d) inapproachable with arguments?

pick the correct phrase.

by WoodSage on 2006-09-03 21:38 MDT

I wanted to say well done to the top 8 that played EIGHT DIFFERENT DECKS !!!

T2 is still amazingly diverse (of course that makes it rough on us rogue deckbuilders, no "solution decks" for us :P but on the flip side anything goes)

by MousesPod on 2006-09-04 21:43 MDT

Well, I went 3-1-2 drop with my own deck, I wouldn't say that's too bad. As for netdecking, sure, for anything important like a PTQ, I'm not completely against it. But for some stupid bullshit like on here, what do I care? I'm not out a registration fee, and I still get to see how well my ideas mesh synergistically. It's all a matter of playtesting. This isn't sanctioned, so it doesn't matter.

by DvK on 2006-09-06 23:53 MDT

by aggroking on 2006-09-09 11:51 MDT

btw i didnt netdeck! i played the snakes deck for month, a long time before the first players started to realize how ridicolous snakes is.
fu columbus!
