Good job Streakz

by Streakz on 2006-05-25 15:55 MDT

Thanks, I got lucky not getting paired versus Goblins.

by kendiggy on 2006-05-25 15:56 MDT

[sarcasm] no I think it's fine [/end sarcasm]

how didn't the rat deck just smash the crap out of blue tron...?

by Vimes on 2006-05-25 16:01 MDT

Curse you all. You're making my awesome format look unfun. Dang you all to the slightly warm shallow places of heck.

by Columbus on 2006-05-25 16:31 MDT

how didn't the rat deck just smash the crap out of blue tron...?

Probably because his sideboard sucks

by ant900 on 2006-05-25 16:35 MDT

you mixed the names of slide and tog...

by Sandler on 2006-05-25 17:06 MDT

Stainz ftw

by Streakz on 2006-05-25 17:07 MDT

Also, I'd like to include that the title of the deck is actually Sex with Kaesh's Mom.

by ChristPunchr on 2006-05-25 17:11 MDT

Mirrodin block ftw?

by Pollo on 2006-05-25 17:28 MDT

Actually, I made that deck and the sideboard DOESNT suck, the deck already has a good match vs control, so the sideboard is focus on Aggro ;)

by Streakz on 2006-05-25 19:22 MDT

Yea, I really did get insanely lucky versus the rat guy in the finals. He got stuck on 3 land game 1 and 2 land game 2 although he did have vials. Each game he went turn 1 (chrome mox) and turn 2 Nezumi Shortfang and game 1 he had turn 2 hyppy, but despite all this he did have land issues so I did have an easier time than normal against the deck. I would assume that in normal circumstances I would have been on the wrong end of the 2-0 outcome.

by Columbus on 2006-05-25 22:05 MDT

Sorry, Pollo, but no one should sideboard two Distress vs. aggro.
The sideboard is sloppy and besides being screwed on land is most likely the biggest reason the deck lost to Tron

gj streakz

It seems like you made a good choice for the metagame which was present, since it was mostly control. I think the rats deck could be a good choice, depending on the goblin matchup- i have no idea how that would play out.

gratz all

by whateverdude on 2006-05-26 00:09 MDT

I forgot to include some anti-counterspell card iny my SB, like Xantid Swarm or something >_<

by Shyft- on 2006-05-26 01:38 MDT

Streakz, I just have one comment for you.

DO IT ON LAN!

by indie on 2006-05-26 03:17 MDT

since when does viridan rats lose to U tron?

by synch987 on 2006-05-26 05:34 MDT

since there is no such thing as a 100% match-up
