Kris shouldn't be in there: He's the lucksack of the century. He byed into the top 3 and got all goot matchups and draws.

And for those that are all like "lol noob he beat you", count up how many cards are in his maindeck.

That said, Bfarf has a really solid deck and seems like he knows what he's doing.

Also, I'd like to point out that I just played him, with him using that deck. I had Sacred Ground AND Life from the Loam AND Privileged Position. He still beat me. And it seems he beat a lot of other people to get into third, so shut the hell up.

ok ill explain my deck

i know its really differnt and all you say its crap, but ive done pretty good with it since i made it, ok first thing i run Drifts in SB with the moons cause drifts transmute and fetch bloodmoon, Research, stone rain, the annexes was toatlly my idea i like them cause you get an extra land and they lose one , the muddles are in the SB for mirror matches they are awesome agaist mirror match and they also transmute to find bounces, and the 64 cards well i felt i could run 4 more cards (2 land and 2 boomerangs) because this deck has enough drawing its not a problem and always good to have more land when playing wildfires well thats my explaination take it or leave it i dont really care what you think i still made to the top 3 and i beat 4 judges along the way so what ever bye bye

I can understand a different board, Annex, and any other unusual card selections, but 64 cards? Card drawing is supposed to effectively reduece your deck size. Adding more cards only negates that. And as far as needing more land, you won't actually draw more unless you increase the ratio within the deck. If you want to justify the extra cards by just not knowing what to cut, okay, but the justifications you gave are just mathematically incorrect.

I didn't say magnivore sucks. I specifically said Bfarfer's deck is good. I just hit a bad matchup, and apparentally illuminari met a god hand out of him. I'm not criticicing Magnivore at all, which is both a really good deck and a solid metagame choice.

I'm not saying Vore is a "bad" deck, I'm saying a deck that is so reliant upon consistant draws (i.e. the general 4 of's present in most lists) shouldn't, IMHO, have 64 cards. Add in the fact that there are some suboptimal additions to the deck and it placed third, is somewhat odd - if anything - ridiculous.

I'm not taking away from anyone's playskill. I'm not defaulting any deck. It's the choices made for the build and number selection that most have a problem with. Think of it as a bunch of sports cars wondering how the FUBAR'd pickup came in third.

jesus man, look at the deck list for 1 and the decklist for 3, most of the time they would have the same cards to throw around, and the cards mostly serv the same purpose, so just accept it people....the deck concept works, how can you say one really sucks and the other really good?
