I don’t know since I haven’t even read the DKA spoiler, but I love Drogskol Reaver

I haven’t faced or played any DKA but probably some people were playing Grafdigger's Cage which is awesome
How do you think Modern compares to old extended?
It’s similar but that long banlist makes it very different
If you could change one thing about Magic-League what would it be and why?
Find a way to have more active players and judges, 70 persons in a master is sad.
Any other thoughts you’d like to share?
Nothing, just that people from #mtg.es and #portugal are awesome. And thanks Brim for running a fast master.

What deck are you playing and why?
I'm running a stock Boros list. Up until 5 minutes before the tournament I had a playset of
Boom/Bust in the maindeck, alongside a couple of Flagstones of Trokair, but ultimately
decided against it. I ran Boros in the Extended PTQ I won last year and I was hoping I could run it again. Although I think Jund and RUG Delver are better decks in general, I'm not sure if people are as prepared to handle aggressive starts that aren't hurt by Ancient Grudge.
What do you think is the most underappreciated Dark Ascension card?
Sanctuary Cat. Finally, a decent answer to the turn 1 Llanowar Elves beatdown.
What Dark Ascension card you played with or faced today most impressed you?
I have to admit that I haven't played or faced any DKA cards today.
How do you think Modern compares to old extended?
If by 'old' Extended you mean the 7-year rotating format, I must say that it's just as good. They rank high up there as my favorite formats.
If you could change one thing about Magic-League what would it be and why?
It's fine as it is. Maybe a stricter punishment policy for those who break the rules on purpose or who behave like ***holes in games. As the home for tomorrow's big stars, it could be m-l's job to also educate those players beyond simple playskill.

If by "old" is meant the big Extended, I like(d) both. Old Extended was more powerful because of less bannings.
If you could change one thing about Magic-League what would it be and why?
Master should start at 4 pm cet. I don’t play most of the masters because it becomes so late if you top8. (At least for European people who work/go to school)

I played Super Mario Galaxy in between the rounds :)

Hellrider looks pretty nice when Hero of Oxid Ridge and Timely Reinforcements rotate out of standard

I would put more advertising up in the wasted space on the sides to generate money to be used for larger prize-pools. I would gladly deal with ignoring some ads in order to have a much larger prize-pool. If everyone knew what the ad revenue was going for, I doubt they would complain. Maybe besides the mtg related ad, add some panels of targeted Google adsenense adds to generate some serious revenue?
Where does that 30/60$ come from anyway? Do they make that much on the one ABU ad and the one banner they have? Often Google adsense ads are super legit deals on stuff someone was going to buy soon anyway and people are happy to click and buy things.

PantheismFTW on 2012-02-05 20:51 CET Err yeah. Thanks Halldir those. i misremembered the name. And man those would have been great against bloodmoon, that is really the main reason I have those side and they would have made all the difference.
Twilli, there was only two Thalia in the whole top8, and even that seemed subpar because it wasn't good vs any of the top8 decks! DKA is a fun and awesome set, but it is hardy changing standard that much let alone modern.
Also I see someone took my advice and there are some ads up now! Nice. I still haven't gotten in contact with Nico about that 30$, I hope I actually get that.
